To ensure that employees work in a healthy and safe environment, QVC has developed stringent health and safety procedures and work practices including the use of proper personal protective equipments (PPE's) to protect personnel and plant.
The adoption of industry best practices and globally recognized international standards have helped QVC to establish a strong foundation for its health, safety and environmental management system. This includes, but not limited to, identifying work place hazards and managing their subsequent risks, installation of fire and gas detectors throughout the plant, routine inspection of plant equipments and fire prevention and fire fighting devices and many more such preventive maintenance activities.
QVC strives to eliminate injuries and adverse health effects by managing operational matters with priority on health and safety.
QVC employees also routinely undergo periodical medical check-ups.
